  • Olive Oil has been found to be a healthier cooking medium world over.

  • It fights coronary heart disease. Olive Oil has the highest content of monounsaturated fats (MUF) and among the lowest amounts of other harmful fats. MUF reduces bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides.

  • Olive oil is effective in lowering high blood pressure.

  • Oleic acid in Olive Oil reduces the risk of breast cancer.

  • Large amounts of antioxidants in Olive Oil, such as Vitamins A, D, E, K and B-carotene, help prevent other cancers, reduce the effects of aging and increase life expectancy significantly. 

  • Olive oil also helps to prevent and control diabetes, facilitate the digestion system, prevent formation of gallstones, reduce dementia as well as protect and tone the skin and hair.
